Except for storing books for people to read, the library could be multi-functional, holding programs such as research, exhibitions, lectures, entertainment, and the role of cultural transmission at the same time. This transformative communal library aims to empower local residents of all ages and statuses, introducing high-tech media of the 21st century, such as VR technology, holographic projection technology, etc.

Instead of being a book store all day. The first and second floors of the library will transform into recreation functions at night, such as nightclubs, concert halls, or dancing halls benefit from its flexible spatial design.

Montage in architecture:

Montage, as a traditional film editing technique, is projected into space design. People’s actions would be shown via the openings of the facade in the way of the “montage”. The transitional spaces inserted in circulation with special lighting conditions immerse people into different scenes during visiting.

信息盒子 - 交互图书馆

图书馆除了藏书供人们阅读外，还可以扮演多重角色，例如举办研究、展览、讲座、娱乐活动，并起到文化传播的作用。这座变革性的公共图书馆旨在增强当地所有年龄和身份的居民的信息获取能力，引入21世纪的高科技媒体，如VR技术、全息投影技术等。此外，得益于其开放灵活的空间特点，夜间图书馆的一、二层可转变为俱乐部、音乐厅、舞厅等夜间娱乐场所。

蒙太奇在建筑中的运用:

蒙太奇作为一种传统的电影剪辑手法被投射进空间设计中。人们的行为将通过立面的开口以“蒙太奇”的方式展现出来。过渡空间穿插在流线中，加上特殊的照明环境，使人们在参观时沉浸于不同的场景。
